People are the most important asset that Bosom Buddies has, and many members volunteer their time to assist others during their journey through breast cancer, with some members presenting to groups about the importance of early detection. Many participate in Bosom Buddies activities that involve members socially, and others work on keeping the organisation going by participating in the management committee or with fundraising.
